Credit Card Submissions All Requests must be submitted with a major credit card unless otherwise expressly stated. PART II Lessons or Camps Services Service Limitation of LiabilityThe Wave-World Parties may be acting as agents for other Lessons or Camps service providers (collectively, "Lessons or Camps Suppliers") in selling Lessons or Camps services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for such services to be provided to you. The Wave-World Parties do not assume liability for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay due to an act of negligence or the default of a Lessons or Camps Supplier, or by an act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage and/or delay due to sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or causes beyond the Wave-World Parties' control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any governmental authority. The contract of instruction in use by a Lessons or Camps Supplier, when issued, shall be between the Lessons or Camps Supplier and the passenger. Reservation RestrictionsReservations available through this Site are subject to the published conditions of us or our suppliers and rules of the applicable Camp. In addition, the following restrictions will apply: a. All Reservations will be non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-changeable; For U.S. Residents:If services are canceled by us, all sums paid to us for services not performed will be refunded to the User by Wave-World.net within thirty days of receipt of the funds from the supplier with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the supplier, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation to the User unless the User requests the Wave-World.net to apply the money to another Lessons or Camps product and/or date.For Oregon Residents:Transportation, lodging and all other services are sold to you on a nonrefundable basis. If any service is canceled by you for any reason, sums paid by you for those services will not be refunded.Camp Reservation PaymentIf User submits a Wave-World Request for reservation, User agrees that if conditions satisfying the User's Wave-World Request are located, the amount of the submitted Wave-World Request, and all taxes, charges, surcharges, shipping/handling and Wave-World Request resubmission or other fees will be automatically charged to the credit card submitted by the User. Such amounts will be posted on this Site.
