Wave World Surf Camp is a place for surfers of all skill levels. The camp is run by professional, certified life guards and surfing champion of Costa Rica. We work alongside the guests as either a guide for advanced surfers to the best surf breaks in the surrounding area or as a surf instructor for beginner surfers. Our Camp is located in Jaco, Costa Rica, with easy access to some of the best surf breaks on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica.

As part of your stay at the camp, we will provide transportation to and from the international airport in San Jose, provide deluxe lodging in beautiful, air-conditioned bungalows, each with ocean views, offer breakfast and dinner with a local flavor in a group setting at the base camp, and transport our guests to and from the best surf breaks each day in the morning and evenings. In addition, we video these daily surf trips and feature the best shots from the day on our surf cam on the camps  website. We can also help organize daily excursions to local national parks, mountain bike trails, fishing trips, kayaking or other entertainment through our partnerships with local tour companies.

bulletHosted by the four-time national surfing champion of Costa Rica, Alvaro Solano, experienced surfers are guided to some of the best breaks in Central America. Beginners can sign up for afternoon surf lessons with Alvaro, who has taught surfing for almost 10 years.
bulletNon-surfers can relax in the sun by the pool, take an outdoor yoga class overlooking the Pacific, or venture out for shopping, spas, and treetop tours of tropical-forest canopies.
PROPERTY AMENITIES
Extra amenities at this surf-oriented lodging include surfboard storage, surfboard rentals, and transportation to and from the surf breaks twice daily. Transportation to and from the airport is offered on Saturdays only.

ROOMS
The  Surf Camp and Villas features three well-crafted guest bungalows, each of which has two individual rooms with their own private bathrooms. The bungalows offer unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and high-quality, locally crafted hammocks swinging on the decks. Custom-crafted closets are built for in-room surfboard storage, and private baths have hot water for a welcome warm shower after a day at la playa. All rooms are available with the Meal Plan.
Standard Room - The Standard guestroom features one queen or two twin beds for double occupancy; rooms can accommodate a maximum of two guests. In addition to standard amenities offered in all guestrooms, this room type includes the option to add one child of six years or younger at no additional charge.

Standard Single Occupancy Room - The Single guestroom features one queen or two twin beds; rooms can accommodate a maximum of one guest. This room type includes guaranteed single occupancy.

Standard Shared Room - The Standard Shared guestroom can only be booked for a single occupant. Guests who book this room category will share the room with another traveler selected by the hotel.

Meal Plan
The Meal Plan includes group breakfasts and dinners in the main house, featuring fresh Costa Rican and South American flavors and cuisine. Also included are all non-alcoholic beverages.

DINING
Surf Camp Dining - Guests enjoy group breakfasts and dinners in the main house featuring fresh Costa Rican and South American flavors and cuisines. These home-cooked meals are included in the price of the stay and include non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately.

Nearby restaurants include any of the numerous cafes and restaurants along the main thoroughfare or on the beach on the way into the town of Jaco, which is less than a mile from the camp. The camp is happy to make recommendations for in-town dining and to help with reservations (which are typically unnecessary).

RECREATION
The focus at this resort-camp is surfing, and surf lessons are discounted for our guests. Also discounted for guests are yoga classes (on-site) and horseback rides (for which guests are picked up at the camp).
